LOVE IS SHARING - THE COLLECTOR CLUB COLLECTION EDITION LITTLE MESSENGER ANGELS ISSUED BY HAMILTON IN 1997. PURCHASED BY THE HAMILTON COLLECTOR CLUB BEFORE PRODUCTION STARTED, COLLECTORS WERE DISAPPOINTED WHEN HAMILTON *STOPPED* PRODUCTION OF THESE 12 ANGELS AFTER ONLY 6 WERE MADE. WHY, YOU ASK? THE REASONS ARE UNCLEAR. The Hamilton Collection stopped production before all subscribers got their complete set of these 12~series angels. Issued in 1995, 6 were made in 1996, and 6 made in 1997. This one was made in 1997, and was a key figurine sought by collectors. The original price for these at issuance was $29.95. Now with all of the time that has passed, these are RARE - some more than others!! She is Hand numbered and very beautiful. She is sitting on a cloud that is separate from the angel itself, as is the golden highlighted book which identifies her saying 'Love is Sharing'. The real feather WINGS are detachable from her back. She is offering silk flowers from a flat basket, and as small as they are , the detail is to scale. She is wearing a pair of glitter covered shorts with a glitter covered sash draped across her chest and leg. Her cloud is covered in glitter as well. She is the certified LICENSED creation of Phyllis Parkins. The controversy surrounding the casting of these angels have caused the price to sky rocket. New and in original box. I will send you one that has never been opened since 1996. Comes with a certificate of authenticity, it too is hand numbered to match the hand numbering on the bottom of the cloud she sits on. She is 6 1/2inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide. ALMOST ALL ADDITIONAL RARE ANGELS IN THIS SERIES ARE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE.
