This very rare, heavy, cut goblet has 6 cut panels tapering to a cut double knob highly decorated with gold stem. The decorated base completes the picture, with a large polished pontil on the underside. circa 1850. 5 1/2" h x 3 1/2" w with a 3 1/2" d. foot. Many American factories made the Flute pattern - certainly this has Northeast influence. This is belltone flint, the gold is superb and the condition is excellent. No chips, scratches, cracks.
