Royal Worcester Aesthetic cup & saucer. Porcelain. England. c. 1875. Relief molded branch & leaves (possibly bamboo) hand painted in a vivid shade of blue with a deeper blue for shading. Handle is in the form of a branch or stem done in the same shades of blue. White ground. Gilt edges and ring at cup foot. CONDITION: Excellent (crazing). Lovely example of the Aesthetic Movement.
