This is a vintage Victorian or Art Deco style necklace with topaz glass open backed stones set in brass filigree. The necklace is not marked and I do not know who made it, but I believe it might be Czech. The necklace measures 21 inches long and the pendant measures 1-7/8 inches long. The large topaz glass stone does have a tiny chip on one edge but it is not very noticeable and can be felt more than seen. The brass does have an age patina that I have not polished.
