This is a vintage pot metal silver tone brooch with green rhinestones or cabachons. The brooch is not signed and I do not know who made it. The brooch has a C clasp. The back of the brooch has a stamped design on it. It measures 1-3/4 inches by 1-1/8 inches. I believe that the green cabachon has replaced a green rhinestone.
