This is a very nice, clean old hardwood handled patented adjustable screw head holding screwdriver with a 1/4" wide slot tip x 10" long overall, for the medium size screws. It is marked "HAINES MFG. CORP. ROCHESTER NY. PATENT 1641307 TOOL STEEL". The handle is very nice and solid, well attached to the shaft and has a good steel ferrule also. The finish on the handle is a red stained with some wear and fading, but otherwise looks very good. No rust or damage, minimal wear on the tip. We see so few of these original patented slot screw holding screwdrivers these days! Nice! |
