Featured for your enjoyment is another wonderful item from Minnesota’s Attic. This old covered sugar bowl is from W. H. Grindly of England. They manufactured earthenware. This is their Printemps pattern in pink. Mark dates from 1936-1954. Being marked simply England I am leaning towards the earlier date. The lad has a small repair which is not noticeable when on the bowl. There are several shallow small chips under the lid rim and nick in the bowl neck where it sits. No other damage noted. It has a lovely pink floral pattern with a flower finial for the lid lift. It stands 3 5/8" tall with lid by 6 1/8" wide.
