This is a nice clean, 6" diagonal wire cutting pliers. They are marked "UTICA TOOLS UTICA N.Y. U.S.A. 41-5". They are 5" long overall. They have a very little wear, the jaws match together well, no chips or broken areas, cut very well, a good pivot joint, and the pin is snug, not loose. In ready to use condition. No rust, no pitting or damage. A well made pliers by a well known maker, and in the hard to find smallest size too!
