Manufacturer: Buck Brothers Worcester, MA.
This is a nice clean tanged gouge carving chisel, marked "BUCK BROTHERS" on the handle, and "BUCK BROS." on the steel (not a very clear stamp but it is there. The handle is very nice with a good ferrule very solid, most of the original finish intact. The chisel is sharp, has out-channel edge, and measure .30" wide (at the widest point x 9.5" long overall. The steel is a very good quality, no rust or pitting. |
