As far as I can tell the Press Kit appears complete, but I cannot guarantee this and thus you are purchasing it "as is". Concerning condition: 7x9" B&W photos have the "typical" bend to them as none are perfectly flat. Some of the staples holding the pages to together have a little rust. Light paper edge wear. Just a slight touch of staining on the edge of one photo and one sheet of paper. Cover has a some wear including a bow/bend to the upper right front cover. Very first photo may show fading to the flap on the left side. It is not faded, it is simply the glare from natural light when the photo was taken. Glare may be an issue in all the other photos as well. A nice item for anyone collecting Press Kits or Political memorabilia. Buyer to pay shipping & insurance.
