Pay phones have become a thing of the past, what with all the cell phones out there now why pay for a call? This old 90’s pay phone was an owner operated style. The monies collected belonged to only the owner of the phone, not the phone companies. It was commonly used in bars and restaurants that had no public phone handy or wanted to add to their income. This was made by Tang in Taiwan in late 80’s. It does show scuffs on the plastic black outside. The bottom coin box is intact and slides out easily. I also have three Telco pay station phones. I can make a deal on more then one. |
