Flute was made by several companies including Bakewell and McKee, c. 1860. This version has six cut flute panels, an applied handle, a polished pontil on an hexagonal base plus one rounded base section. 2 5/8" h x 2 ½"d. The unusual applied handle application features the bottom section being precisely and neatly folded loosely once, leaving two openings. Glass is very clear with an unbroken teardrop bubble on the main body section between the upper and lower handle. No damage. (3246)
