This is a very hard to find 8" wide blade draw knife with folding handles, all in very good working order. It is marked "JENNINGS PAT." and near that marked is the arrow head with a "J" inside it. The Arrow Head is the C. E. JENNINGS & CO. trade mark. The hardwood handles are very well attached and can be seen in the photos in both the open and closed (for storage) positions. There in no rust, no damage, some dings and dents on the hardwood handles, but snug, not loose, good steel hardware. The cutting edge is near perfect, could use a light honing to suit your requirements. Very nice overall, rare, made in U.S.A. by a well know edge tool maker! |
