A 6 inch Hopi Kachina mask ( I believe it is a Green Corn Mask ) tile done at Desert House Crafts in Tucson, Arizona by Dan and Bebe Lotz. Less common gray background on this piece. The mask is made up of six different colors. Original cork backing. Stamp on reverse reds "Desert House Tile and Pottery - Dan & Bebe Lotz".
