A Depression glass reamer, with a clear round finger ring handle with a flat thumb rest on top. Has a pattern of four areas of vertical stripes. Has no maker marks, probably either Federal or Hazel Atlas. Measures 6- inches across the top, with a 4-5/8 inch base, 3-1/2 inches height. Straw marks in the glass, one tiny inside base chip (back side of base rim).
