Joe's Paper Shack

CURRIER AND IVES -
AND FISHING A PLEASURE
HOME FROM THE BROOK
THE LUCKY FISHERMAN 1867
HOME FROM THE BROOK CARRIES NO ARTIST SIGNATURE WHICH PROBABLY MEANS THAT IT WAS THE COMBINED EFFORTS OF SEVERAL.
THERE IS LITTLE DOUBT THAT FANNY PALMER HAD A HAND IN THE PRODUCTION OF THIS PRINT, AS IT USUSALLY FELL TO HER LOT TO FILL IN DETAILS AFTER THE MAIN FIGURES WERE DRAWN.
This picture has priting on the back. The printing does NOT show through the paper.
