Cute vintage dog pin or brooch signed on backside as made by Gerrys (with the copyright symbol). This is a French poodle pin, shown sitting up with his/her front paws in the air. A metal pin (we don't know which metal) which is silver-tone in color (not sterling silver). Measures about 1 3/8 inches tall and about 5/8 inch greatest width, having impressed round detailing for the fur and fine line ridges on the face and body.

We've provided 7 images to try and show from differing angles. Due to the bright and shiny metal surfaces, the camera lighting creates white "hot spots" on this old piece of jewelry when photographing. This was particularly problematic trying to show the Gerrys manufacturer mark. You can see the mark in the images of the backside of the pin (along the lower paws). We also tried to show a close-up but that image is blurry (sorry, we did the best we could). We guarantee the mark is there and fully legible in person. Please use the zoom feature to examine this vintage pin closely.

This came out of a home and was likely worn but is in terrific condition. There are no breaks, chips or cracks. The intricate design on the piece is such that we don't notice any wear, but there likely is some minor use/age/storage wear that just isn't "jumping out" at us and therefore isn't an issue here. The pin clasp works well, tight and secure.
