This is a stunning brooch that is not signed and I do not know who made it. The brooch has a dozen red roses that appear to be made of dark red enamel. There are a few clear rhinestones set throughout the flowers and on the ribbon tying the roses together. The brooch measures 1-3/4 inches in diameter.
