This is a large paperback book printed in the form of a large comic book so we are including it in our comic book listings.

Published by DC Comics, The Death of Superman, with a 1993 copyright date and indication on the inside front cover that this was printed in Canada as the 7th printing. This also states that this book includes what was originally published in single magazine form as Superman: The Man of Steel 17, 18 & 19; Superman 73, 74 & 75; Adventures of Superman 496 & 497; Action Comics 683 & 684; and Justice League America 69. This has a $4.95 printed cover price.

This came out of a home so it was likely read & handled and is not mint, but it is in terrific shape. There are no major flaws to either the front or back covers with just touches of wear. This includes a touch of edge wear in spots, such as back cover bound edge corner wear at top and bottom. As made, it appears this was manufactured with the front and back covers slightly smaller than the interior pages so you can see the interior pages along the right front cover edge and left back cover edge (in both cases you can see about 1/16 inch of the interior pages along these edges).

Please view images and use zoom feature to examine closely. We've shot images both with and without the camera light since this causes white "hot spot" reflections which can bland out details, although images shot without the lighting appear much darker.

Comic book measures about 10 1/8 x 6 5/8 inches in size. Due to size and number of pages, this weighs 8 ounces unpacked.
