The gams come complete with 1 Game board, 5 Red Pusher pegs, 5 Blue User pegs, 1 Red Agent mover, 1 Blue Health Officer mover, 28 Agent Cards, 28 Health Officer Cards, 52 Chance Cards, 1 Set of money, Box Insert, Mayer's Actions card and the Instructions. All pieces are in very good, lightly used condition and come in the original box which shows very little shelf and edge wear.
