This 1989 Effanbee 9 inch Li'l Innocents Germany vinyl doll has long blonde rooted hair, moving blue eyes, and a sweet, serious face. Her German national costume includes a black dress with colorful braid trim, a white eyelet apron, a long sleeved white blouse with lace trim, a black felt vest with gold ties, a red felt hat with a gold band and white feather, and black shoes.
