This is a nice 1950's vintage standing elephant bank with the elephant holding a soda w/straw in hand, wearing pink shoes, and a red polka dot dress. The coin slot is in the top of her head, and there is a nice rubber cover over the hole to remove the coins at the bottom of her feet. The read dress section does have marking on it, but some of the marking is covered by the leg section attachment to the dress section, so all I can read is ..."IMPORTING CO. INC. ALL RIGHT RESERVED". This bank stands 6.5" tall overall. Condition is good++ with no chips crack or damage, some minor darkening of colors on the finish, good finish glaze intact. Made a some type of hard rubber or vintage plastic.
