A beautiful porcelain trinket box. It is a light turquoise color and has hand painted in gold trim. The picture in the center is hand painted, it is very lovely and detailed. It is in good condition, with no cracks, there is a chip on the inside back lip where the hinge is that is about 1/4 inch, priced accordingly. The mark matches the mark for Kalk Porcelain Factory, (Special Porcelain Eisenburg VEB.) (see photos). I am not sure how old it is.

The mark on the bottom bears a crossed arrows mark with 8081 in blue lettering underneath.

The box measures 3 inches square and stands 2 1/2 inches tall
