This is a silver tone ring with a blue topaz glass rhinestone in the center surrounded by clear rhinestones. The ring is not marked and I do not know who made it. It is adjustable but will not go larger than a 6-1/2. It is in good condition but has been worn and may need cleaning or polishing. Please let me know if you have any questions.
