This hefty menu surely reflects the "Trapper's Luncheon" selections from the FODDER HOUSE in Palmer Alaska. The menu has been decoupaged onto a slab of wood which is 17 1/2 x 10 1/4. On the rear has been stamped the name of the restaurant along with their logo...which I won't give away. It has also been autographed by the proprieter. The menu features a sketch of an eskimo hunter on it, but we can't quite make out the artist's name. Because of it's size and weight, this one will have to go Priority Mail
