This original postcard is from the 1933 Century Of Progress (Chicago World's Fair) which was held in Chicago. It is in very good condition but has slightly worn corners and the front features the "Hall of Science". The reverse side features a postcard format, which is used and a paragraph that says "The Hall of Science, 700 by 400 feet, two stories and a mezzanine in height, rising from colored, concrete terraces. At night it will be brilliantly illuminated by indirect & fluctuating colored flood lights. Located at Sixteenth St. & the Lake, with part of the building extending directly across Leif Erikson Drive-Chicago's famous waterfront boulevard" and measures approx. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2".
