The matte border is navy blue with scalloped edges on the top and 3 triangle cutouts. The picture is of 3 circus elephants. They all have party hats and face paint. One elephant is sitting holding balloons and a hoola hoop, with a puppy in his lap. His shirt has peanuts on it. The middle elephant is doing a handstand and his shirt has ice cream cones on it. The third elephant is juggling and his shirt has hot dogs on it.
