This is a nice, clean 1 pound cobblers hammer that is not marked by the maker. The side of the head is marked/stamped "HOWARD".  The head has a 1.3"  diameter head, and has a handle that is 7.75" long overall. In very good shape with minor wear, some small chip off the round edge and some casting voids near the center of the diameter. The handle is solid and fits good, in very good condition. The head has some wear, but not rusty, in ready to use condition.
