These are nice white mortars and pestles. I believe they are ironstone. Not marked, so I don't know who made them. They come from a doctor's estate; he had a collection of them. The larger one 2.5 tall x 4.75 wide; the pestle is 4.5 long. Next one is 2 tall x 3.25 wide; pestle is 3.5 long. Mortar also has a pour spout. Smallest one is 1.5 tall x 2.75 wide; pestle is 2.5 wide. These are great just to display or to grind up herbs or pills. No chips or cracks. 3/12
