This is a nice Johnson Brothers Old English Countryside Cup and Saucer shows scenes of cottage homes with straw roofs and wonderful landscapes. Shades of brown are the main color for this pattern but here and there you will find an area of blue, pink, yellow or green also. Cup is 2.4"h x 3.6" and the saucer is 5.6". We note two minor lines in the glaze at the top lip of the cup that I can feel, but not cracked or chipped, otherwise very good condition.
