Vintage bird planter. Good sized planter with 50's style glaze finish. Not sure which company made this planter but it is a well-made solid planter. A lot of companies made this type of glaze finish in the 50's. I thought it might be Abingdon because it is heavy and has white clay, but it's not in my book. This birdie is 9 inches tall up to tail feather and 8.5 long x 5 wide. Dry runners on bottom. It has one small black line near top rim but I don't feel any crack with my fingertip so I don't think it is a hairline yet, see photo #7. This planter would be cute indoors or out in the summer! 7/15
