  • Lineman's Splicing Pliers Double Action

Great Expectations Antiques

Circa: 1920's-40's
Condition: Good
Manufacturer: not marked
This is an nice clean early linesman's splicing pliers with maker's mark on it that is so small I am not able to read the name inside the circle logo. They are in good condition with a very tight hinge, no damage, little sign of wear on the crimp forms. We do note that there is a light pitting all over these pliers, but not rusty now.  This style has 8 separate split-round shaped sizes for crimping or splicing applications on the one side, then larger on the other side anther 5 that are larger sizes ranging from about 1/8" on the small side to 5/16" on the small side. Overall the crimping split rounds and the hinge are in good++ working order, fully usable.
