Lovely vintage Wedgwood China bud flower vase in their Kutani Crane pattern, out of a home. Bulbous shape with a long thin neck, standing about 5 1/4 inches tall with a greatest width/depth (this is round in shape) of about 2 5/8 inches.

White base bone china or porcelain (this is translucent) with gold trim at top edge and molded vertical lines beneath this. Pattern is multi-color in blues, orangey red, pink, brown & greens, showing a bird, a crane, standing among bamboo and another flowering plant. This same pattern appears on two opposing sides of this older flower vase.

Fully marked on underside base with Wedgwood urn symbol followed by "Wedgwood, Bone China, Made in England" and the "Kutani Crane" pattern name. Vintage vase weighs slightly over 4 1/2 ounces unpacked.

Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It does have a touch of expected age/use wear but nothing bad. There are some light surface scratches (we can see some of these in the white background areas but not within the pattern), a few tiny light spots/dark pin dots, pit dots in the porcelain (as made), expected age darkening on the underside base on which this sits, other light general wear. But all colors and the gold trim are bright and very attractive.

A great addition to any collection of this terrific pattern or for use on its own.
