Marvel Comics, Vol. 1 #283, October 1985 (ISSN #0274-5291), Fantastic Four comic book. This vintage comic has a 65 cent printed cover price. This has a multi-color graphic on the cover, with the first page titled, "Stan Lee presents Torment".

This came out of a home and is not mint but is in great used condition overall. It was read & handled, with front cover showing some expected wear but not bad. Along the bound edge there are multiple very small creases with most creasing to white. There is a bit of paper wear on the bound edge corners, a tiny fold/wear in the top right corner, and wear along the bottom edge near the right corner, as well as touches of other edge wear. The back cover has a somewhat dirty appearance from what looks to be print rubbing from being stored sitting on top of another comic book (without a sleeve). There is also other general back cover wear including some on-page creasing, small corner folds, etc. Interior pages show slight expected age browning. Please note that, as made, the front/back covers sit slightly higher than the interior pages with the lower edges slightly showing the interior pages below (by less than 1/16 inch).

Please view images and use zoom feature to examine closely. We've shot images both with and without the camera light since this causes white "hot spot" reflections which can bland out details, although images shot without the lighting appear much darker.

This old comic book measures about 10 1/8 x 6 5/8 inches in size.
