Avis Yuni Antiques & Collectibles

Circa: 1994
Manufacturer: Marvel Comics
Marvel Comics, Vol. 1 #388, April 1994 (ISSN #0274-5232), The Amazing Spider-man comic book. This vintage comic has a $2.95 printed cover price. This has the sub-head "Lifetheft, The Final Chapter" under the title and "Triumph...and Tragedy!" at the bottom under the graphic, and is labelled across the top "Special Double-sized Issue!". Multi-color central cover graphic with a patterned metallic blue around this.

This came out of a home and is not mint. It was read & handled, with front cover showing some wear. There is a large diagonal fold that shows as a thin white line in the orange background color, multiple top right corner folds that show as white diagonals in the metallic blue, and other white creasing in the metallic blue, particularly along the cover bound edge, with wear to white on the bound edge itself. There is also wear to white on the bottom and right edges, and other general age/handling wear. Back cover clean but with wrinkling/handling wear, multiple curved creases and rough handling creases, etc.

Please view images and use zoom feature to examine closely. We've shot images both with and without the camera light since this causes white "hot spot" reflections which can bland out details, although images shot without the lighting appear much darker.

This old comic book measures about 10 1/8 x 6 5/8 inches in size.

We are listing many other comic books separately for sale.
