An original $200 Reward Circular issued at United States Army HQ, New York City, Jan 8, 1869, publishing the US Army Post Reward Circular by Natchez Post Commander Colonel NAM Dudley, detailing the crime, Hewitt's description and notes he was the former Adams County Attorney. 1p - 8 x 5" ptd.
