Myron Charlie was born into the Navajo Nation in 1975. He began his interest in crafting pottery when he was 14 years old he was inspired by his mother Susie Charlie who is credited for her etching on pottery and taught her son to paint colors and etch pottery free hand. Myron crafts different shapes and sizes such as wedding vases and seed pots feather and geometric designs and enjoys accenting his pottery with inlaid turquoise stones Myron is related to Susie Charlie (mother) Terri Charlie (sister) Brandon and Michael Charlie (brothers).
