One of our readers needs your help...

"I have an 11x14 b/w photo of triplets. It's in a narrow black wooden frame. The photo was taken in the hospital as the babies are in isolettes. It's inscribed by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Harris 1941 to "Our Doctor". The babies are simply "named" BABY A,B,and C. and the bed tags say "boy" on each of them. Please email if you have any information. I want nothing more than to return this to a family member (NO COST).
Judy S. email: jumeaujs(at)aol.com

Many doubles on the serving bowls and such. 71 plus pieces now. They look so beautiful in the hutch. We have used them for very special occasions. Mary G, Wahpeton, North Dakota" - See the photos of her collection here: https://www.facebook.com/TIASAntiques

When my grandson Lucas was 4 years old he and his parents lived with us for a few months. He always watched me as I separated my stamps for my stamp collection and my postcards for my postcard collection. One day as we were doing laundry he asked if he could have the lint out the dryer. I asked why he would want that and he said “ It’s for my collection, I collect lint” Lucas is now 9 and he loves it when we tell of his collecting days!! I love your newsletter all the wonderful stories. Keep it up!!
Susan P.

Toni requested recipe for "Hot chocolate with peppermint " . We received the following...
Peppermint Hot Chocolate
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3 drops peppermint oil
Sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
Chocolate shavings, for garnish

In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar, and salt and heat over medium-low heat. When the cream mixture just begins to steam, add the chopped chocolate, and stir, until melted. Stir in the peppermint oil. Divide the hot chocolate among mugs and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
