Side one, From World's Fair to City Park.

Top, 1939 an air view looking east when the buildings of the World's Fair occupied site.

Center, 1941 The same area today, meaning 1941, looking more southward, with the New York State Building in the center.

Bottom, 1944 An architect's rendering showing the time view of the park as it will appear when completed.

The reverse side has Two pictures of the Dionnes with their father and one Chineese Children with Wendell Willkie as follows.
