Vintage occupied Japan hand painted footed teacup. c:1948-1953. Beautiful four footed teacup and saucer marked: Hand Painted Trimont China, Made in Occupied Japan. No chips or cracks; saucer is almost 5.5 wide; cup is almost 4 across x 2.5 tall. One white spot on interior of cup; it is glazed over, just a spot where the pink paint did not adhere. Looks like a lotus flower and leaf with gold trim. Very pretty to use, display or give as a gift! scs
