Featured for your enjoyment is this neat and very old set of salt and pepper shakers from Mexico.
These were most likely made with the abundant adobe clay found there. They are a crudely
formed set of birds that I do think are a married set. They are then all hand formed and painted.
Both are marked simply Mexico. The taller does have a shallow chip on his base way down at the
bottom. Hard to see when sat normally. Tallest stands 3 1/4" tall.
