This is a U.S.A. made 8" monkey wrench marked "P.S. & W. CO. CLEVELAND O. U.S.A." on the solid jaw. It's in good condition, not rusty, with a good solid wood handle and a straight bar. The jaws have very little minor wear, not bent, straight, parallel, some minor edge dings noted, good threads and slide. A nice smaller size antique adjustable monkey wrench!  Very nice solid wood handle also!
