He displays his work at a variety of art fairs throughout the Midwest, Colorado and New England. His work is also represented in a number of galleries. He uses a high fire porcelain clay body that he has developed, along with a variety of bright colorful glazes that are easy on the eye and durable. The vase is glazed with colors of teal, blacks, browns, throughout the vase. The vase stands 12" tall, it has a 2.25" opening at the top. Its circumference at the widest point is 23" The base of the vase is 4.25" . The vase is heavy and weighs approximately 4.25 lbs. It is signed on the bottom. There are areas in the vase where the glaze may be slightly missing. This is from the hand making processes and natural to the vase. It is a beautiful piece and would be a beautiful addition to any decor or for gift giving. It does not have any cracks, breaks or chips noted. It is in very nice vintage-used condition. We purchased this at a church rummage sale 4-5 years ago. We are not sure when this was made.
