This is a pair of gold tone clip earrings with enamel and rhinestones. The earrings are not signed and I do not know who made them. The rhinestones are dark pink, dark blue and emerald green. The enameling is swirls of purple, blue, green and gold. The earrings measure 1-1/8 inches long. They are in very good condition and do not appear to have been worn.
