I remember getting these dolls when I was a kid.  Made of soft plastic and probably came with a bottle. From the 50's or 60s. Doll is 8" tall and still has the original dress and panties.  Dress does have a hole by the fastner in the back (see picture).  Movable hands.  Has "Made in Japan" on the back of the neck.
