It represents a dark blonde girl with a pink with white dots hair bow and tear-drop shaped eyes who is dressed in Mickey Mouse ears, blue jeans, and a yellow shirt with the Mickey Mouse Club logo. This figurine came from the Disney theme park Showcase Art Shop. This is part of first set of these figurines, and this figurine was retired in 2007. This one came from Disneyland in Anaheim, CA.
