Though there is no label, I recognize this small lace tablecloth as one from Quaker Lace circa 1960s - early 1970s. The scalloped edges have the picot loop hem decoration, and the company did make this 46 inch square card table size. The creamy off-white lace features cabbage roses surrounding the center medallion with feather leaf scrolls and fans at the corners and borders. The pictures were taken before laundering. There are a couple of pulled threads, and one repair, shown from back side in the last photo. No spots or stains.
