This is a unique style, double open ended wrench with a 3 dimensional contour on the handle area! It is listed in Schulz's Wrenches book as #1041, and it appears he wasn't able to define who made it, or where it was made, but he did list it under implement or farm wrenches. It appears that it was nickel plated at one time, and about 40% of the plating is still intact. The opened end wrench sizes are 1/2 and 1.0" sizes and the space between the handle area and the projecting teeth is about 1/4". It's not clear what purpose the teeth had. It measures 12" long overall. A very nicely cast steel wrench, in very good condition overall!
