Manufacturer: Copeland Spode
This antique blue and white transferware dinner plate dates between 1867 - 1890, and was made by WT Copeland & Sons. It measures 10 1/2" in diameter, and has a scalloped edge with a white gadrooned rim. The series is Shakespeare, and the scene is of Sir Andrew Sir Toby Clown. A series of tiles was also done in this pattern (without the border). In outstanding condition. (#T-1469)
