Antique Registered English biscuit jar. c: 1887-1888. Beautiful cut glass jar that is in good vintage condition. Interior lid has incised mark which I cannot make out; could be 'LL' or something else. It also has numbers #393 over #210 written on there but you need a magnifier to see this. This lovely jar stands 8 inches tall to top of finial. On interior bottom of jar there is raised letter Rd80632, (English registry mark). It has one bubble in the glass; and some stretch lines on the bottom interior. It glows a strong yellow under a UV light. Perfect for biscotti at your next tea or dinner party or to display on the wet bar or dining room breakfront or china cabinet! est1/09cs-r
